Description
High frequency Roger PCB circuit boards
Special circuit board with higher electromagnetic frequency, generally speaking, high frequency can be defined as the frequency above 1GHz.  Its physical performance, accuracy, technical parameters are very high requirements, often used in automotive anti-collision systems, satellite systems, radio systems and other fields.
High-frequency circuit board refers to special circuit board with high electromagnetic frequency. It is used for PCB in the field of high frequency (frequency greater than 300MHZ or wavelength less than 1 meter) and microwave (frequency greater than 3GHZ or wavelength less than 0.1 meter). It is a circuit board produced by using part of the common rigid circuit board manufacturing process or special processing method on microwave base material copper-clad plate. In general, high-frequency boards can be defined as circuit boards with frequencies above 1GHz.
About Rogers RO4533
About Rogers RO4533

Rogers RO4533 laminate belongs to the 4500 series. Rogers RO4533 is a ceramic filled laminate reinforced with glass hydrocarbon based materials, which can provide the controlled dielectric constant, low loss performance, and excellent passive intermodulation response required for mobile infrastructure microstrip antenna applications.

RogersRO4533 is a cost/performance material from Rogers, specifically designed and manufactured to meet the specific needs of the antenna market.

Rogers RO4533 adopts a 60mil (1.524mm) core, with a surface plated with 1oz copper and no solder mask layer on both sides. The top and bottom layers are covered with gold and have through holes.

In order to meet the requirements of antenna designers, the high-speed and high-performance applications of Rogers RO4533 laminates are exactly what these strict designers need. RO4533 has another major advantage, which is its dielectric properties and thickness tolerance.

Why are RO4533 laminates very suitable for the application of microstrip antennas? Because they have low loss performance and controllable dielectric constant. RO4533 also provides passive intermodulation response, which greatly meets the requirements of the antenna industry. RO4533 laminate is compatible with lead-free solder processing.
