Description
High frequency Roger PCB circuit boards
Special circuit board with higher electromagnetic frequency, generally speaking, high frequency can be defined as the frequency above 1GHz.  Its physical performance, accuracy, technical parameters are very high requirements, often used in automotive anti-collision systems, satellite systems, radio systems and other fields.
High-frequency circuit board refers to special circuit board with high electromagnetic frequency. It is used for PCB in the field of high frequency (frequency greater than 300MHZ or wavelength less than 1 meter) and microwave (frequency greater than 3GHZ or wavelength less than 0.1 meter). It is a circuit board produced by using part of the common rigid circuit board manufacturing process or special processing method on microwave base material copper-clad plate. In general, high-frequency boards can be defined as circuit boards with frequencies above 1GHz.
About Rogers RO5880
About Rogers RO5880

Rogers 5880 Antenna PCB Fabrication, Embedded cavity Rogers 5880 PCB, Ro5880 Cavity PCB Manufacturer in China. RT5880 PCB Materials Features: Dk is 2.20 +/- .02. Dissipation factor of .0009 at 10GHz.Low moisture absorption. RT/duroid 5880 laminates has a low dielectric constant (Dk) and low dielectric loss, making them well suited for high frequency/broadband applications. Helping to maintain the Dk uniformity are the randomly oriented microfibers reinforcing the PTFE composites.

Rogers RT/duroid 5880 laminate can be bonded using either fusion bonding or adhesive bonding techniques to manufacture multilayer boards.Multiple layers of RT/duroid 5880 material can be fused together into a monolithic structure without adhesives under heat and pressure. This creates a void-free interface for optimum electrical and mechanical performance.RT/duroid 5880 layers can also be bonded using Rogers’ own RO4000 or RO3000 series bondply adhesives. Thermoset polyimide or epoxy films like FR-4 can also be used.
